Job Title: Financial Sales Associate

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Financial Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial, risk, insurance, and investment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Guidance: Provide expert advice, helping clients identify the best products and services tailored to their unique needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to enhance product sales.
  • Account Oversight: Manage and service existing customer portfolios with attention to detail and account maintenance tasks.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain the certification required to sell our premium products.

Additional Duties:

  • Educate clients about diverse insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Conduct thorough risk analyses to recommend appropriate insurance coverage that meets client needs.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to foster strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and regulatory changes shaping the insurance landscape.
  • Implement effective sales tactics to promote our insurance policies and drive business success.
  • Keep meticulous records of client interactions and transactions to enhance service delivery.
