Job Title: Financial Planner and Analyst

Job Description

• The finance analyst conducts a general financial analysis of the finance reports obtained from various departments, responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, will also execute budget control and allocation while carrying out various risk management deliverables.
• Utilizes financial modeling and planning tools to optimize financial performance and achieve long-term goals.

Responsibilities
Budget Management:

• Control Budget allocation and analyze the result between plan and actual for spending optimization
• Support annual budget planning / monthly rolling forecast aligned to strategy plan
• Review O/H status and lead cost reduction activities
• Manage investment and control budget

Financial reporting:

• Data management regarding financial result
• Financial supporting to line managers who are directly responsible for marketing, sales, service, supply chain management (SCM) etc
• Manage risks factors through performance monitoring
• Set up undefined business process and guidelines
• Lead or support reporting to the top management in both Korean and English
• Ad-hoc report on business needs

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Report financial information and other types of information that assist management in fulfilling the goals of the organization
• Report finance impacts and business results to the management and related department
• Evaluate performance of sales team members quarterly
• Financial planning, forecasting and review.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Licenses, certifications or specialized training like CPA, CA, CGA, CMA or an MBA degree is an added advantage
• Proficiency in M/S 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
• Strong Analytical, Strategic and innovative thinking
• Knowledge of Financial modeling and analysis, forecasting, Investment and risk management
• Strong Communication and negotiation skills required
• Multitasking ability, Time management skills and attention to detail.
