Job Summary

• We are seeking a Financial Control Associate to support the financial planning, reporting, and internal control functions of the hospital.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial data, compliance with relevant financial regulations, and contributing to effective decision-making through sound financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirements.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct variance analysis and cost control monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Assist with financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ICAN qualification is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a financial control or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Added Advantage:

• MSc or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
