We are currently seeking to onboard the service of Finance Personnel/Business Analyst with an in-depth accurate financial projection to handle our company’s finance; monitor financial transaction, prepare both monthly and yearly budget, draft financial report and resolve all financial disputes. Good insight on business prospect and fund-raising to support and implement idea.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Personnel

Location: Ikeja and its Environment, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and position the company for investment readiness and ensuring financial compliance through keeping up-to-date our financial book-record.
  • Monitor all financial transaction processes (payroll, invoices, receipt) and ensure effective minimization of cost in the course of revenue disbursement.
  • Supervised inflow and outflow of cash in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Keep accurate and consistent record of all transactions and draft monthly report on company’s financial status.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Reconcile every form of finance imbalances in term of revenue and expenditure.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of finance practices, accounting policies and laws.
  • Assist in monthly financial budget and communicate financial advice to improve and minimize company’s cost.
  • Resolve finance issues in respect of service rendered to customer by working hand-in-hand with customer care personnel.
  • Effectively communicate business idea, strategic mechanism for implementation and evaluation of business execution.

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Finance or any related field of study.
  • 1-3 years experience in the same role
  • In-depth knowledge on Taxation and compliance
  • Adept knowledge of Tax compliance
  • Experience in an International Standard for organization (ISO) is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpretation of financial record
  • Strong report writing skill and attentive to details
  • Versatile with the use of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Good Communication skill
  • Applicants should reside within Ikeja and its environment.
