Job Title: Finance Officer II

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive fresh graduate for the position of Finance Officer to support in managing the financial operations of our organization.
• The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Liaise with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support and analysis to various departments.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
• NOT MORE THAN 2 years experience in finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and MS Excel)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
