Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to join our team. As our Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing financial planning, implementing financial policies, budgeting, forecasting, preparing financial reports and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Objectives

• Oversee investments, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Develop and expedite the company’s fiscal and budgetary strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Reporting, developing and coordinating annual business operations with
• Budgets, programs and capital management
• Monitor and improve cash flow to support business operations.
• Foster smooth cross-team collaboration and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective fiscal policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Track and update financial records regularly.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports, including sales, profit and loss, and general ledger entries.
• Plan and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and audits.
• Ability to raise capital beyond conventional loans
• Use tracking tools to evaluate business operations and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with national financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate financial management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Knowledge of alternative capital-raising methods beyond conventional loans.
• In-depth understanding of financial principles, laws, and internal controls.
