Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description

• We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal control functions in a fast-growing, design-driven business.
• Build the numbers. Protect the business. Enable growth.
• This is more than a reporting role; we need a finance leader who can understand the numbers, challenge the business, strengthen controls, and turn financial insight into better decisions.

Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Accounting operations & financial reporting.
• Management accounts and financial statements.
• Variance analysis, cost drivers & performance insights.

Budgeting, Planning & Treasury:

• Annual budgets & forecasts.
• Cash flow, liquidity & treasury management.
• Banking relationships and resource optimisation.

Internal Control & Risk:

• Strengthen financial controls and processes.
• Identify financial & operational risks.
• Audit support and implementation of recommendations.

Tax & Statutory Compliance:

• Tax, pension and statutory obligations.
• Auditors, consultants and regulatory stakeholders.
• Monitoring changes in accounting and tax requirements.

Leadership:

• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Drive accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Partner with other functions to protect financial integrity.

Requirements 

A commercially minded finance professional with:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 6 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• ICAN or equivalent — mandatory.
• Strong accounting, financial management, and internal-control experience.
• Excellent Excel and accounting/ERP systems proficiency.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and sound business judgment.
• Experience in QSR is desirable.
