Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and assist with daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements and record daily financial transactions.
• Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience .
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
