Job Title: Filling Station Manager

Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate with proven track records of managing a filling station.
• Must be matured and possess adequate knowledge of depot operations
• Oversee the filling station activities
• Attend to customers needs or complain
• Fuel station managers assume responsibility for activities and staff in a fuel station.
• Coordinate with fuel suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of gasoline and diesel to maintaenance
• Manage financial transactions and perform daily accounting tasks to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling staff shifts, ensuring the Filling stationis adequately staffed during all operating hours.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers,

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND
• 10– 15years of experience in Filling StationManagement (Oil & Gas down stream)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex business structures and drive compliance.
