Job Title: Field Support Engineer (Onsite Technical Support)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Onsite Technical Support (Field Support Engineer) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot internet connectivity solutions for customers.
• The ideal candidate will ensure prompt resolution of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain internet connectivity equipment.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, and hardware-related issues on-site.
• Configure routers, switches, and customer premises equipment (CPE).
• Conduct site visits for installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Provide technical support and educate customers on equipment usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field technical support or ISP operations.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
• Experience configuring networking devices such as routers and switches.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional networking certifications are an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 Gross per month.
