Job Title: Field Sourcing Officer (Palm Oil)

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Field Sourcing Officer to identify, evaluate, and secure suppliers for our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of procurement principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and supplier identification
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance
• Negotiate contracts and pricing
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct site visits and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of procurement experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to travel (up to 50%).
