Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Handling Onsite Service Requests
• Onboarding New Clients & Providing Client focused services
• Interfacing between Clients & Meks onsite and offsite
• Ensuring premium onsite customer service
• Providing explanation of estimates
• Quick response turnaround time to field service requests
• Supervising onsite & offsite vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Taking ownership of the onsite client experience
• Ensuring that Mek Experts operate Online with company standards onsite.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 – 5 years experience.
