Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor (FSS) – East 2

Locations: Anambra, Ebonyi & Enugu

Job Description

• The FSS will oversee field sales operations across Anambra, Ebonyi, and Enugu States, ensuring effective market coverage, product availability, distributor management, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise sales operations across the assigned states.
• Manage distributor relationships and monitor stock movement.
• Drive sales and ensure achievement of territory targets.
• Supervise field sales representatives and monitor their performance.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
• Prepare accurate sales and market reports.
• Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Expand market coverage and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline with 2–3 years’ FMCG sales experience, preferably at supervisory level.
• Good knowledge of the Anambra, Ebonyi, and Enugu markets.
• Experience managing distributors and field sales teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
