Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• The Field Sales Supervisor will manage sales activities, distributors, and field sales operations across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will supervise field sales activities, ensure effective product distribution, drive sales volume, and achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise sales activities across Abia and Imo States.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and sales representatives.
• Monitor product availability, stock movement, and market coverage.
• Drive sales volume and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Supervise and coordinate field sales representatives within the territory.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer activities.
• Ensure proper execution of company sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Ensure effective territory management and product visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Abia and Imo markets.
• Proven ability to manage distributors and field sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Must be target-driven and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

• Salary: ₦250,000
• Monthly Float: ₦150,000
