We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and engaging directly with customers within assigned territories.
  • The role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, address client needs effectively, and help achieve sales targets while representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned territories.
  • Engage customers directly to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and update accurate customer data in CRM systems.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to secure sales.
  • Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles(both field and tele sales).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prospecting, lead generation and deal closing techniques.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and work ethic skills.
  • Result-driven individual.

Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 gross monthly.
  • Transportation allowance for field sales.
