Job Title: Field Sales Officer (South West Zone)

Requirements

• Have experience in field sales, marketing, or a similar role with proven records
• Experience in handling territory management, customer acquisition, and target achievement is a plus.
• Prior experience in the industry (pharmaceuticals, FMCG, veterinary products, or retail) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of sales planning and reporting.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for fieldwork.
• Energetic, confident, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to drive with valid drivers license.
