Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Heavy Duty Diesel Generator

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Officer to drive sales of heavy-duty diesel generators and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote generators, solutions, and after-sales services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales/business development, preferably within generators, power solutions, industrial equipment, engineering, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
