Job Description

• An organization is recruiting experienced Field Sales Managers / Direct Sales Team Leads to drive sales, manage collections, and oversee product distribution through a network of field-based Sales Agents.
• The role involves recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating agents to achieve sales and recovery targets while maintaining strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of at least 40 Sales Agents
• Provide clear guidance on daily tasks, sales routes, targets, and customer engagement
• Conduct regular field visits, joint sales activities, and performance reviews
• Achieve monthly sales and collections targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and issue resolution
• Monitor local competition and maintain strong brand presence
• Organize weekly review meetings and recognize top-performing agents
• Support retail expansion and field activations in local markets and communities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales
• Minimum of 4 years experience in field sales or territory management
• Experience selling technical, energy, or consumer products
• Experience with installment-based or prepaid sales models
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with the local area and grassroots marketing.
