Job Title: Field Sales Executive (BESS & Diesel Gensets)

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in the sales of Diesel Generators, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), or related power/energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power and energy sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with industrial and commercial customers.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits to understand customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in selling Diesel Gensets, BESS, or industrial energy solutions.
• Strong understanding of power generation equipment and the Nigerian market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Resides in or is willing to relocate to Abuja.
