Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Edo and Lagos

Summary

• We are currently recruiting Field Sales Agents for an exciting sales project with a leading telecommunications company.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow their career in field sales and marketing.

Job Description

• Promote and sell products directly to customers
• Engage and educate potential customers on product features and benefits
• Achieve set sales targets within specified timelines
• Represent the brand professionally in the field.

Skills / Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence and a persuasive personality
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Basic tech knowledge or interest in technology
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow.

Compensation and Incentives

• Base & Variable pay: N150,000 / Month.
• Benefits: HMO and Pension
