Job Description

• Our client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Agents to promote their travel packages and services to potential customers.
• As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, promoting the brand’s travel packages, and providing excellent customer service.
• You will work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Promote the travel packages and services to potential customers through presentations, demos, and other sales activities.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of the travel packages to drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress towards sales targets.
• Assist customers in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made according to customer preferences and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.
