We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Partnership & Vendor Growth Officer

Location: Kano

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers, shops, and small businesses to join the Nujora marketplace.
• Ensure each onboarded vendor uploads a minimum of 10–20 active products and updates inventory regularly.
• Conduct consistent follow-up visits or calls to help vendors stay active and increase sales.
• Build partnerships with local associations, markets, logistics agents, and service providers to strengthen Nujora’s network.
• Track vendor performance and share weekly field reports on onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Provide feedback from vendors to improve platform usability and customer experience.
• Support vendors in understanding how to use the Nujora seller dashboard and promotional tools.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
