Job Title: Field Marketing & Business Development Officer

Description

• Are you passionate about sales and customer engagement? We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Marketing & Business Development Officer to help grow our e-commerce platform that offers subscribers access to quality products at discounted prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, trends and growth opportunities to expand Pallyshop subscribers.
• Promote Pally Agro Products, and ensure visibility through digital and social media platforms.
• Maintain partnership (affiliates) with vendors and subscribers’ relationship.
• Achieve and exceed subscription quota in designated territories by engaging directly with prospects.
• Onboard new marketing affiliates and subscribers to Pallyshop platform.
• Conduct market surveys, provide timely feedback on activities.
• Identify areas of improvement in marketing and overall business strategy, propose adjustments.

Qualification and Experience

• Relevant Degree in marketing, business studies, development studies, economics, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the supply chain management, e-commerce, commercial environment with knowledge of growth, marketing and business development work.
