Job Summary

• We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to drive sales of our two brands Pearl Shaving stick and Showergel brand growth for our company.
• As an experienced marketer you’ll develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into loyal clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our showergel and shaving stick
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
• Manage relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
• Negotiate product placement and promotional deals with retailers
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification
• 3 – 5 years proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably in FCMG or a similar category
• Strong knowledge of modern trade structures, sales negotiations, and retail merchandising
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
