Job Summary

• We are hiring a Field Recovery Officer responsible for managing and recovering overdue accounts through field operations and direct customer engagement.
• The role involves executing recovery strategies, negotiating realistic repayment plans, and recommending process improvements, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage defaulting customers and recover overdue debts.
• Negotiate and monitor repayment plans based on financial assessments.
• Update recovery systems and provide insights on debt management strategies.
• Ensure adherence to legal and internal recovery processes.
• Deliver high-quality service aligned with company values and customer care policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections or field recoveries.
• Knowledge of debt recovery principles and legal processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with call center optimization and financial systems.
• Skip tracing knowledge
