We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Credit Officer (Microfinance / Fintech)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new customers for digital and retail loan products.
• Conduct field verification of customer information (home/business address, guarantors, references, etc.).
• Support loan application processing and documentation.
• Educate customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and digital repayment channels.
• Monitor assigned loan portfolios and provide early follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Carry out customer visits to strengthen relationships and encourage timely repayment.
• Maintain accurate customer and field activity records on CRM/loan management systems.
• Meet monthly acquisition, disbursement, and portfolio quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Recovery teams to manage loan performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in microfinance, fintech lending, or field credit operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field and meet performance targets.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and communities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile data collection tools.
• High level of integrity, resilience, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Salary
N175,000 Monthly Net.
