Job Title: Field Assistant

Location: Lagos, Abeokuta – Ogun, Okitipupa, Ore – Ondo, Ibadan – Oyo and Ado Ekiti – Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Field Assistant:

• Support plantation field operations and supervise daily field activities.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Prepare daily field reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Assist in implementing Company policies, safety procedures, and performance targets.
• Carry out any other field operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Crop Production, or any related discipline.
• Male applicants only.
• Age: 20–34 years.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working with key population groups will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit, resilient, disciplined, and willing to work in a plantation environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to achieving operational targets.
• Must be willing to relocate to any of the South Western States or city above.
