Job Title: Female Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing employee schedules.
• Providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales goals.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensuring adequate stock levels and managing inventory effectively.
• Ordering and receiving merchandise.
• Conducting inventory counts and managing stock levels.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Setting and achieving sales targets.

Customer Service:

• Ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Operational Management:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
• Managing loss prevention measures.

Reporting and Communication:

• Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
• Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
