Job Summary

• We are seeking for a female secretary with a law background, strong data analytics skills, and proven experience in the tech industry.
• The ideal candidate is smart, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting executive leadership in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Apply data analytics skills to support decision-making and reporting.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth information flow within the organization.

Requirements

• Female professional with a Law Degree with 5-8 years experience in the tech industry.
• Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Smart, intelligent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Must base in Lagos or willing to work onsite in Ikoyi.
