We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • A Sales and Marketing Manager drives revenue, builds brand awareness, and leads cross-functional teams to hit market targets.
  • Because the role is highly universal, responsibilities prioritize strategic planning, team leadership, and performance tracking, while ensuring alignment with local and broader business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Design and execute actionable sales and marketing strategies that align with business growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing staff. Set clear departmental KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify new target markets and analyze consumer requirements. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in your territory.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Cultivate and manage sales pipelines, oversee promotional campaigns, and ensure high conversion rates from leads to loyal customers.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all resources and funds are allocated effectively with a clear Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

Salary
N300,000 – N600,000 per month.
