Job Title: Female Operations Manager / Business Manager – Sports Lounge Operations

Job Summary

• We are seeking young, vibrant, confident female professionals to join our team as Operations Managers / Business Managers within our Lounge & Clubhouse operations.
• This role is suited for individuals with strong exposure to nightlife and entertainment environments, who understand both the business and lifestyle dynamics of premium hospitality.
• This is a leadership role requiring confidence, presence, commercial awareness, and hands-on operational strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the lounge/clubhouse
• Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and guest satisfaction
• Lead and manage floor teams, service staff, and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, ambience, and customer experience
• Actively engage with guests and contribute to a lively, premium atmosphere
• Support marketing activations, themed events, and nightlife promotions
• Monitor operations, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure smooth daily performance.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience in nightlife, entertainment, lounges, clubs, or premium hospitality
• Strong background in operations or business management within hospitality
• Customer-centric, confident, and highly professional
• Well-presented, articulate, and comfortable in high-energy environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 per month.
