Job Title: Female Live-in Chef

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and versatile female Chef to prepare both local and continental dishes for our CEO in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in diverse cuisines, managing all kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality local and continental meals tailored to the CEO’s preferences and dietary needs.
• Create a variety of menus, blending local flavors with international cuisine for daily meals and special events.
• Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygiene in line with industry regulations.
• Source and order fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of meal presentation and consistency.

Qualifications

• Education: Culinary Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef, specializing in both local and continental cuisine. Preferably in a private or high-profile setting.
• Proven ability to create diverse, flavorful menus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Creativity in meal preparation and presentation.
• Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to live on the premises and travel with the CEO within Nigeria..
