Job Title: Female Hostel Warden

Job Summary

• The Hostel Warden is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and disciplined living environment for students.
• This role focuses on student welfare, maintaining hostel discipline, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive residential community that supports academic andpersonal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the female hostel, including room assignments, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations, and address student concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise hostel staff and foster a positive and respectful living environment for students.
• Collaborate with the college administration on hostel policies and student welfare initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in hostel management, facility management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Understanding of student development and support services.
