Job Title: Female General Manager – Beach Resort

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall operations of a leading Beach Resort in elegushi.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience that reflects the resort’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and Guest Relations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, budgets, and performance standards to achieve financial and service goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high morale and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relations, inventory, and cost control measures.
• Foster a culture of excellence, sustainability, and innovation throughout the resort.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years progressive management experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Resort Manager role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Proven record of improving profitability and guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment.
• Passion for coastal living and delivering unique guest experiences.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
