Job Title: Fashion Production Manager

Location: Maitama / Wesu – Abuja (FCT) & Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fashion Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process in our fashion house.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments while managing tailors, resources, and production schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations within the fashion house.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Supervise tailors, pattern makers, and production staff.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all finished products.
• Manage fabric sourcing, inventory, and production materials.
• Work closely with designers to interpret and execute design concepts.
• Monitor production costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and workspace
• Implement efficient production processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc. Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in fashion production or similar role
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes
• Experience managing a team in a fashion house or production unit
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
