Job Title: Fashion Customer Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients with expert styling advice
• Recommend fabrics and guide customers through fittings and purchase decisions
• Maintain a clean, stylish, and organized showroom environment
• Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, and email
• Support online clients with styling, sizing, and order placements
• Follow up on customer requests, complaints, and orders professionally
• Process sales and handle payments through POS systems
• Track customer preferences and build long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
• Confidently communicate the brand story, craftsmanship, and product offerings.
• Keep track of customer preferences, purchases, and feedback for CRM purposes.

Requirements

• Education: BSc or HND in any relevant field
• Proximity: Applicants must reside within or close to the Lekki axis.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for menswear and minimalist fashion
• Friendly, proactive, and polished in presentation
• Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and POS systems
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
