We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Location:  Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

• You will supervise daily field activities in your assigned section, making sure work is done correctly, safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to farm workers and supervise their work
• Take daily attendance and enforce discipline
• Supervise planting, crop care, irrigation and harvesting
• Monitor crop health and report pests, diseases or damage
• Keep records of inputs, tools and harvested produce
• Check guard posts and report security incidents
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Farm Manager

Requirements

• OND, HND or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ practical farm experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Practical knowledge of crop farming and farm tools
• Ability to lead a team and keep basic records
• Ability to speak Hausa and English
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.

Salary
N150,000 –  N200,000 per month.
