UMERA Farms Limited is an Agro-allied company, registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 18th August, 2020. UMERA Farms operate in the diversified agribusiness; livestock and crop farming production, with our primary focus on cashew crop production. The Nutty Park Cashew Plantation was launched August 2020 with the vision of being the largest cashew plantation in Africa through aggregation.

Job Title: Farm Administrative Officer

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo

Description 

• The Farm Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining farm records, managing HR duties, and keeping an accurate inventory of farm properties and data.
• They ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of farm activities, including operations, supplies, and employee data.
• Handle HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee inventory management, including tools, equipment, and stock.
• Manage data collection and reporting for farm operations.
• Serve as a liaison between farm staff and management for administrative issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
