Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Smooth run/ coordinationof the factory
• Control expenses .
• Maintain inventory controls and safety standards
• Workining hand -in-hand with branches
• Ensure seamless work flow by prompt requisition for supplies from the store.
• Ensrecompany’s standaards/ expectations are metby customer service and quality.control
• Timely respopse to issues
• Training of staff
• Excellrnt communicate skills
• Ensure compliance to all company policies, local, state, and federal laws on environmental and work safety.
• Ensure safety tools are available.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in laundry supervision will be an added advantage.
• Assertiveness and ability to make decisions.
• Good business skills and knowledge of procedures.
• The ability to lead a team effectively.
• Planning and organizational skills
• Customer service and complaint handling skills
• Good knowledge of cleaning and laundering processes
• Able to perform all job duties within the factory to the standard productivity and quality.
• A good level of fitness
• Able and available to work flexible days and hours with limited supervision.
