Job Title: Factory Electrical Technician

Location: Ota, Ogun

Job Description

• Optimizing production processes, developing reliable and efficient use of machinery.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Improving and suggesting ways to increase productivity and efficiency, and optimizing energy use
• Conducting regular and scheduled maintenance on all Factory operating equipment.
• Attend to all mechanical or electrical issues on any of the factory equipment.
• Must be ready to take on full responsibility for the daily running of factory machines, and bring in new customers for onboarding.

Requirements

• An applicant with sound knowledge and a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc or B.Eng ) or HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in a plastic manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and use of electronic and mechanical Technical skills.
• Applicants living around Idimu, Ikotun, Ejigbo, Egbeda, Ipaja, Isolo, Igando, Iyana Ipaja and environs would be an advantage.
• Ability to detect, Troubleshoot, repair and maintain CPM Plastic production Machines.
• Must be very familiar with operating plastic production machines (Blow Machine, Injection Machine, compressors and Filling Machines).
• Ability to repair electrical and mechanical faults on all factory machines.
