Job Summary

• IDMANN is seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Assistants to support daily production and operational activities in its factory/food processing unit.
• The role involves assisting with production processes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production and packaging processes
• Support machine operators during production
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the factory
• Follow safety and quality control procedures
• Assist with loading and off-loading of materials
• Carry out basic cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Perform other factory-related duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of FSLC / SSCE
• Previous factory or production experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

Added Advantage:

• Experience in food processing, bakery, or water production
• Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene practices.
