We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Technician

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Roles

• Ensure proper recording of general residence meter reading
• Fixing and maintaining electrical issues on within the facility
• Keep regular updates on individual apartments meter reading
• Routine switching of surrounding light, fence and reception light.
• Ensure recording of the gas level for the residents
• Checking the control panel board of water transfer at the water treatment
• Keeping records of the diesel level and running hours of the generator
• Switching of air-conditioning at the GYM
• Checking gym apparatus system if it is working fine
• Switching of skimmer pump in the swimming pool
• Check stabilizers in the gym if they’re working fine
• Check the UPS at both wings for the elevator if they are working fine

Requirements

• Minimum of OND and above in Electrical or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of experiences in electrical operations
• High attention to details
• Proficiency in operating electricals – fixing and repairs
• Good communication skill

Work Schedule:

• One week on and one week off.
