Job Title: Facility Officer

Job Summary

• They are urgently needs a Facility Manager, who will oversee the Camp Facility, ensure the facilities are up and running efficiently, oversee the allocation of rooms & facilities during camp activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations: Plan routine inspections and manage repairs for building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with fire safety, building codes, and local regulations.
• Vendor Management: Hire, negotiate contracts with, and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Facility Services: Oversee soft services including cleaning, security, waste disposal, and parking.
• Budgeting: Track operational costs, manage invoices, and plan financial budgets for facility upgrades.
• Space Planning: Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and facility refurbishments.

Required

• A degree in civil Engineering, Project Management with at least 3 years experience in Facility Maintenance. Proactive and ability to work with minimal supervision, previous experience working with engineers in building.

• Remuneration is N200,000 monthly (net)
