Job Title: Facility Officer

Job Summary

• We’re seeking a skilled Facility Officer to join our real estate company in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
• Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance and repairs.
• Support events and meetings held at the facility.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facility management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
