• Inspect all aspect of the designated facility on a daily basis.
• Preserve the real estate values.
• Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction while carryout your duties.
• Ensuring proper security measures for the estate.
• Schedule daily janitorial services to keep the estate clean and attractive.
