Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary

• This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional with strong experience in HVAC, refrigeration systems, and facility operations, who can ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and efficient facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations and preventive maintenance programs
• Oversee refrigeration, air-conditioning, and HVAC systems
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance activities
• Monitor equipment performance, energy usage, and system uptime
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and technical standards
• Support facility teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in facility maintenance or HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC systems, and safety standards
• Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
