• Managing and forecasting infrastructure demands.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maximizing equipment lifespan.
• Improving facility management processes and procedures.
• Managing risk and minimizing health hazards.
• Inspecting and testing safety equipment.
• Conducting inspections of the physical business environment.
