Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our facility in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all buildings, equipment, and services are well-maintained and run optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building, facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other utility systems.
• Manage cleaning, security, and maintenance staff and external vendors/contractors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and manage facility budget, inventory, and procurement of facility supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and promptly address repair and maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate office space allocation, renovations, and facility upgrades when needed.
• Respond to emergency facility issues outside working hours when necessary.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role.
• Good knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and health & safety standards.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools/software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
