Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Description

• The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of the infusion manufacturing facility. Ensure that the production environment complies with regulatory standards, maintains optimal equipment performance, and provides a safe, efficient workspace for staff.
• The Facility Manager plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing processes, implementing facility improvements, and coordinating with various departments to ensure continuous production and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in facilities management, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
