Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall condition of the company’s real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of company buildings and facilities.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
• Coordinate contractors, technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other service providers.
• Manage utilities, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility-related expenses.
• Ensure buildings, common areas, and external spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Handle facility-related complaints and requests from tenants/occupants.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets, expenses, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and facility standards.
• Prepare regular reports on the condition and performance of the properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facility, property, or building management.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and respond effectively to urgent issues.
